These sessions provide healing to all 4 of your Body Systems and initiate healing at an energetic and cellular level.
They also:
Activate your Divine Light Channel and open up stuck pathways within the body allowing you to resource light and energy from the earth and higher realms. This may sound super woo-woo to you, but it’s not. Energy is not woo-woo…and when you finally turn on your energetic body, healing is possible because all illness begins at an energetic level first.
If you’re feeling anxious, depressed, afraid, overwhelmed, these sessions will bring you deep peace and clarity on the origin of your emotional discomfort.
Help you heal trauma and overcome physical, emotional and spiritual pain.
Bring ease, deep relaxation and insight into what shifts you can make to create a better human experience.

The Four Body Systems
-
A balanced mind....
Having a healthy mind is the recognition that you are not your ego. You transcend generational and cultural programming to create new beliefs in yourself and how you see the world. Curiosity replaces judgement. You proactively solve problems while being open to pulling in new ideas. You like yourself and recognize your thoughts inform your reality.
-
Being balanced in your physical body means...
Your body at it’s best is flexible, healthy and a temple for your spirit. It is free of pain and balanced internally. The structures are regenerative and friction free. It is loved and appreciated by you. It gives you the ability to move and create. Your body is most importantly your ally and friend.
-
Healthy Energetics include
When balanced in our spiritual or energetic body, we feel connected to a powerful source of love and support. We are in touch with our intuition and highest self. We trust the flow of life and no longer identify as “a victim.” We have the ability to ground ourselves and create from a foundation rooted in purpose.
-
Feeling good within ourselves...
Being balanced within the emotional body means living with an open-heart that can actively receive and give. It includes being compassionate, inclusive, kind, and honest. A healthy emotional body feels safe to cultivate healthy relationships and partnerships. It no longer has to people-please, avoid, or stuff down emotions. It feels free and expansive.
Elizabeth D. ~
“After over a decade of chronic body (fibromyalgia) pain alongside being diagnosed with autoimmune disease and terrible back injury in my late 20s, and with relentless depression on and off, I was hitting my wall like never before. I had seen and spent thousands on a holistic doc, saw many specialists, and got several weird diagnoses (that I did not believe) and ended up on a nasty potent drug to help me mask all of the pain just to survive enough to get my kid to school each day.
These sessions with Jessica helped me make huge dietary changes. I'm coming off of a drug that I never thought possible. I'm pouring into myself because I realize the benefits now and my nervous system has calmed down tremendously. I feel a lot better and a newfound motivation and the tools to move forward!”
Healing Trauma with Somatic Release
When we have painful emotional or physical experiences, it overwhelms our nervous systems. In fact, all it takes is something happening too fast, too soon, too much (especially as children) for it to create a trauma reaction in the body.
Trauma can be catastrophic. We call that Big T trauma. For example, losing a parent as a child or serving in a war. Trauma can also be physical like being in a car accident or sport’s injury that causes tissue damage to the body.
Trauma can also be not so obvious, we call this Little t trauma. Little t trauma is often related to how you grew up and what you experienced as a child. It could be growing up with a parent who wasn’t emotionally available to you, or who guilted you a lot. It could have been some kid at school who teased you and made you feel bad about yourself.
Regardless of how seemingly “small or insignificant” the incident or experience was,
if it was too much for you,
if something happened too quickly,
or an experience overwhelmed you,
you experienced trauma.
As a way to survive and protect itself, the brain locks that traumatic experience away in your subconscious mind. So, consciously you don’t think anything is wrong, but unconsciously your body continues to stay in a state of stress wreaking long term havoc on your physical body and your mental-emotional well-being. Those traumatic experiences end up shaping your personality, your belief system, and where you struggle in life.
Somaticizing
The body will continue to give you cues that the trauma is there. It will reveal the wounds through your emotions and feelings (or lack of feelings).
But for many of us, we don’t want to feel these feelings so we push them down.
This hidden process of stuffing down emotions into your body is also called somaticizing.
"Soma" means “body” in Latin.
When you somaticize, you are transferring your emotional and mental state into your body. Then it begins to manifest as a physical symptom. Because you don't face and feel your emotions directly and consciously, your body starts to speak for you through symptoms.
Many of you somaticize and don't even know it.
It starts when an emotion arises inside of you that is too overwhelming or uncomfortable to feel.
Instead of allowing yourself to feel those emotions, you ignore them and stuff them down.
You distract yourself with work and all your “to-do’s.”
You find yourself using things like social media and binge watching Netflix to escape your reality.
Or deny that there's anything wrong.
You may pour yourself into focusing on other people, your children, your partner.
Or tell yourself to "buck up” and “get over it.”
You might drink, smoke, do drugs, or eat to push down the feelings.
Maybe life becomes about “things” and living from vacation to vacation.
And then, months or years later, you start to develop tension, neck pain, low back issues, digestive disorders, insomnia, weakness, fatigue, anxiety, depression, or even a chronic illness.
You may go and seek help from doctors and various practitioners for your condition only to find that nothing seems to remedy your issue. It becomes like a constant chase to figure out what’s causing your pain and illness.
Somatic Reset sessions with Jessica give you an opportunity to release old wounds and trauma, allowing your whole system to finally heal and overcome a lifetime of struggle.
Are you finally ready to heal? Let’s get you out of pain and struggle. You’ve been suffering too long.
Feedback from a client about her Soul Healing Journey:
“I'm doing a soul healing journey with Jessica where we are combining bodywork, somatic experiencing, and coaching. I've been doing bodywork with Jessica for many years now and it is the only thing that has helped my chronic pain and now my body has actually been healing itself with the help of Jessica. No one does what she does. She is able to tap into what your body needs and has helped me learn how to become more aware of my body and what I am feeling as well. I am learning so much, I am finally going after my dreams, my body is spontaneously healing itself, and I am stepping into my soul's purpose with her help! It has actually become an incredible experience that I would have never thought possible or could have ever imagined. She is so full of light and love, she is a teacher, a healer, an amazing person that inspires me and I am so honored to also call her my friend. I am so grateful I stepped into her office 6 years ago for bodywork and to be on my healing journey with her and because of her. Thank you Jessica for who you are and what you do!” Dyane B
